How to Prevent Sinusitis and Hay Fever with Ayurveda?

Sinuses are eight hollow cavities in our skull around the nose. Sinuses lighten the skull, acts as a shock absorbers for skull, improve our voices and moistens nasal cavity. The mucus layer shields the nose from micro-organisms, pollutants, dirt and dust. Sinuses drain the mucus produced by them into the nasal cavity but get themselves blocked due to excess mucus production or due to a blockage in the mucus outflow.
